I have spent a lifetime of requests from the family to put together all manner of things flat-packed, decided to start Flatpak-Jak, an assembly’s service offered to anyone throughout Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
Although my 9 to 5 job for over 40 years didn’t involve flatpack furniture, a week didn’t go by without someone needing help with a wardrobe, beds, chests, garden furniture and so much more, and I love it.
The challenge of building from a box of bits still enthuses me today.
Tara, my daughter, is your first point of contact. She’s the social and technical whizz. Together with my wife’s back-office skills, Flatpak-Jak was born.
